WE ARE OPEN
Under the guidance of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, dentists in Ontario are able to stay open for routine care and treatment (this includes regular check-ups and dental cleanings).
Rest assured, the safety of our patients and staff is of utmost importance. Over the last few months, we have implemented additional safety measures and precautions, in addition to our strict infection control protocols already in place.
Here are some of the new measures to expect at your next visit:
- Detailed COVID-19 pre-screening of all patients prior to their appointment and when they arrive
- Staggering appointment times to limit the number of people in the office to promote physical distancing
- Temperature check upon entering the clinic
- Hand sanitizer stations to minimize the spread of germs
- Plexiglass barriers in the waiting room to protect patients and staff
- An antiseptic mouthrinse (mint flavoured) before every procedure to reduce the viral load in the mouth
- Air purification systems to ensure the cleanliness of the air
